Interview with António Mota

In spite of his 2008 decision to distance himself from executive management, the Chairman of the Board of Directors continues to closely follow in person all the aspects related to the Group on a day-to-day basis.

In this interview António Mota talked about economy, internationalisation, strategy and Group values.

According to António Mota, confidence, boldness, ambition and work are vectors which lead to success. In times of economic stagnation in Europe, with Portugal receiving outside assistance from the troika and the construction sector in a crisis unlike any in recent history, António Mota says that “In troubled times such as those we live in today, if we look at our track record we will know which path to take”.
