Bascule Bridge in the Port of Leixões

Construction of the new bascule bridge of the Port of Leixões with 110 metres long and rehabilitation of the bridge accesses. The works included the demolition of the existing structures and the rehabilitation of viaducts, foundations and bascule bridge in metal structure, new transition spans of the viaducts that access the bridge, expansion of the viaducts and pedestrian roofing, vertical pedestrian accesses, paving, storm water drainage, footways and guard rails, electrical facilities, telecommunications, safety, signs and surveillance.
