Community Support in Moçambique_ Humanitarian Crisis and Storms

In the context of Portuguese Cooperation, Mota-Engil Moçambique and Camões – Institute for Cooperation and Language, I. P., established an agreement that made it possible to contribute financially to the Mozambique Sustainable Development Multi-donor Trust Fund II.

This fund designed by the United Nations (UN) aims to mobilize resources for coordinated action in support of the response to the humanitarian crisis in Cabo Delgado.

Also noteworthy is the continuous support to the local community by Mota-Engil Mozambique, which consists of the provision of goods for families facing the climatic adversities that plague the country. This assistance includes food, clothing, mosquito nets, cleaning equipment, construction materials and even the rehabilitation of some communication routes.

This mitigates the impact of the frequent challenging weather conditions in Mozambique.
