Mota – Engil Peru, in addition to promoting the integration of local labor in its works, is also committed to the integral development of the communities where it operates. To this end, specific programmes have been implemented in the fields of health and education.  

These programs range from the provision of educational material to the implementation of health, awareness and training campaigns.  

Mota – Engil Peru believes that investing in the health and education of communities not only improves their quality of life in the short term, but also lays the foundations for sustainable development in the long term.  

In this way, it contributes not only to economic progress, but also to the well-being and empowerment of people in the areas where it operates. Of the campaigns carried out, the training of teachers in environmental issues (25 teachers), the distribution of books (1670 books) and training of students in reading habits (791 students) and the nutrition training campaign aimed at mothers of families (30 mothers) stand out.
