In order to reinforce its commitment to gender equality and to contribute to the dissemination of engineering – deconstructing the idea that these are male domains – Mota-Engil collaborated with the project “Engineers for a Day”, which is under the coordination of the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG). in conjunction with the Portuguese Charter for Diversity (APPDI), Instituto Superior Técnico and the Order of Engineers.
In this sense, and by being present at the “Professions Week 2023”, Mota-Engil was represented, demystifying and bringing civil engineering to primary and secondary school students.
