LearnME
In partnership with national and international reference educational institutions, the Learn ME program aims to attract young students with high potential and promote a first contact with the business world. The internship, lasting between two and six months, is accompanied by a tutor and his team, attentive to enhancing the learning of technical knowledge and relevant skills of future professionals. The program provides for collaboration in academic and research projects, arising from the candidate’s area of training and in which the company’s existing know-how is concerned.
StartME
The Start ME program aims to attract and integrate young talents, at the beginning of their careers, for the development of a professional internship. It boosts individual development and provides a wide range of experiences and learning, through contact with different businesses, knowledge of innovative methodologies and solutions, a wide network of networking, as well as the development of critical skills in an international context. The program has an incorporation rate, after the end of the internship, of more than 90%.
