WoMEn Power

Purposely designed to raise awareness of the issue of gender equality, Mota-Engil carried out, in 2023, and in partnership with Porto Business School, the WoMEn Power initiative specifically aimed at the Group’s female employees.  

This initiative addresses three fundamental pillars for the development of the participants: leadership, management and adaptability to the corporate future.  

In an atmosphere of openness and supported by internal examples of female leadership – employees who were challenged to share their testimony, embodying moments of management by example, inspiration and internal reflection – the WoMEn Power session promoted the discussion of a set of issues related to gender equality, reinforcing the role that companies and their employees – collectively and individually – have in achieving this commitment.
