Located in the heart of Porto, the former Campanhã Industrial Slaughterhouse, which has been undergoing redevelopment since May 2023, is reborn as M-ODU, a multifunctional complex with capacity for more than 2,300 people. This alteration and eequalification project transforms the area into a new urban landmark, combining modernity with historical legacy.
M-ODU covers a vast area of approximately 26,000 square metres, distributed between new buildings, the rehabilitation of existing structures, a pedestrian overpass and a Master Penthouse. Among the spaces created are 11 office buildings, two for art galleries and museums, and two for restaurants. More than 8,000 square metres will be dedicated to business, culture and services, while 12,000 square metres will be reserved for offices and restaurants.
