Porto au sommet du monde de l’architecture

Mota-Engil won the tender for the reconversion of Porto’s slaughterhouse, an investment by the company that will bring a new centrality to the city of Porto, modern and functional for people and companies, but also to house art centers, museums, auditoriums and social cohesion projects.

The architecture project’s author is Kengo Kuma, in partnership with OODA. Kengo Kuma is author of projects recognized worldwide such as Japan’s National Stadium, stage for the opening ceremony of the 2020 Olympic Games.
